There's no doubt High Line brings people together: sometimes just for fleeting small talk with a neighbor, but sometimes facilitating relationships with seminal, life-long impact. "I have found friends, and I have found mentors who taught me to never apologize for taking space, to do what feels right for me, and to pursue my dreams," Tappy tells us.
