The strength in this woman is BEYOND. Jessica has been an incredibly consistent @thelimitfit zoom class attendee and is 40 weeks pregnant. She signed up for 4 classes this week hoping that one would make her go in to labor. Today, she took my Cardio Tone class and guess what, 120 burpees in the HIIT section made her water break haha!!! All I have to say is YOU ARE AMAZING, JESSICA! And I love that she is so freaking conditioned from The Limit that she did 120 freaking burpees before delivering a baby.
