I love that the definition of Cleanse also includes guilt! I treat clients each week with issues of shame and guilt and the coaching side of my work I absolutely love. Even in one session, like my client last night, went from heart breaking painful tears stuck in a dark valley to tears of joy & laughter by the end realizing that they now had hope and that I would be a lamp to her feet till she could see her healing path to walk out her own unique healing journey. For me there is no greater gift than to help others to also walk into the light and shift into outrageously good health - physically, emotionally & mentally.
