if you need any easy snack to prep for the week, theze snickers bites couldnt be easier & are SO bomb. Makes 10-12 mini bites Base: 1 cup oat flour 1/4 cup ground almonds 1/4 cup maple syrup 3-4 tbsp milk of choice 1 tsp vanilla + punch off sea salt Filling: 1/2 cup peanut butter 3-4 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp melted coconut oil Handful of chopped peanuts Topping: 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips Mix the base ingredients togetber until a nougat Like texture forms, starting with 3 tbsp milk & adding an extra if needed. Divide amongst a mini cupcake tin filling them 1/3 of the way full. Mix together the filling ingredients & place some on top of each base. Melt the chocolate & do the same. Top with sea salt. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours to fully firm up.
