You’re the best thing I never knew I needed ✨ •🪷• Last night I attended Princess Nite at Disneyland and finally lived out my bayou dreams ✨ Here’s the tea… 🫖 •🪷• About a month ago I asked you all which princess you’d like to see me do for Princess Nite. And the response was seemingly overwhelming: it was time to take on the Best in the Bayou 💚✨ I’ve always wanted to create an outfit for Tiana, but I often found myself stuck on how exactly how I wanted to do it. There’s so elements to her story that I wanted to incorporate, so it took a few times on the drawing board to figure it out. •🪷• I went for the iconic green dress, but with a twist. I went for a darker green on the bottom to contrast the light of the top, with a white underskirt to mimic the petals of her dress. I created epaulette lily pads with draping bayou foliage and added some on the skirt as well. And to top it all off, I added fairy lights to the skirt to mimic fireflies and created a lil magnolia to adorn the front ✨ This outfit turned out so beautifully and is truly one of my favorites.
