Part 2 of 3 of my favorite health hacks and habits to use on the road 🤍💪 🏃‍♀️ 1. Always pack a few resistance bands. They are light and don’t take up space, and make for an easy workout literally anywhere. I never pack a suitcase without them! @leanwithlilly @taktofficial and @toneitup are my favorite brands. 2. I love going for a run to explore a new city when I arrive. It’s a great way to sweat out the travel bloating and swelling (which always happens to me), and always helps me get a feel for a new place. (I also love bookmarking cool places that I pass and want to come back to.) 3. Take advantage of public outdoor spaces nearby, whether it’s a beach, an outdoor gym / fitness park, or a running track. Not only are they free, but fresh air is always better ☺️ 4. Don’t miss out on local food — it’s one of the best parts of traveling! Instead, keep one meal a day healthy, making sure you get fresh fruits and vegetables and look for healthier choices when eating out. 5. Improvise when you don’t have a gym or equipment. Put a towel down and use whatever you’ve got. I’ve used wine bottles and bottled water as weights, or I’ll strap on a heavy backpack. Bodyweight workouts can also be really challenging. There are so many options, but the point is, you don’t need equipment for an effective workout. Save these for later and let me know which ones you love 💕
