A man was taken to hospital after a suspected stabbing inside a home in Fallowfield. Emergency services attended the scene on Derby Road at around 9.20am this morning following reports of a ‘disturbance’. A group of males were found fighting inside a property, police said. One man had a puncture wound to his stomach and laceration wound to his head. He was rushed to hospital, though his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
