If there's one certainty in Life, it's that nothing is permanent. Everything changes, and this can be difficult to accept. 🐛 On one end, we tend to grow attached and cling onto all the nice things we might be lucky to have in our lives - our anchors, our meaning, our raison d'être. This can only lead to suffering if we are unwilling to accept that all too shall pass. 🍂 On the other end, if we are going through tough times, it might feel impossible that things will ever get better. All we can see is the pain and suffering. It’s undoubtedly real, it’s corporeal. But again, all too shall pass. 💖 Try to see it all as one great happening simply unfolding. Every single challenge or opportunity that falls your path is there for you to learn and grow. Embrace change as difficult or counterintuitive it may be.
