What you need:
• 1/3 cup sprouted oats
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1/3 cup nut or seed butter
• 2-3 tbsp raw honey/ sweetener
• dark choc chips & cinnamon to taste
• 3-4 sachets Pique Pu’er Black tea
• extra Peanut butter for drizzle
directions: combine ingredients in a bowl until mixture is nice and sticky. Add more oats if it’s too sticky. refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bites to harden. Enjoy!
