Kicked off my birthday countdown yesterday with morning #puppyyoga hosted by @laughingfrogyoga - courtesy of my dear pal @adbarnesy 🥰. . We soaked up the sun, breathed deep, and laughed hard. I was blessed with a good omen (thanks, Clover 🐾 💩), and we finished the morning with some farmer’s market food finds. What a way to start a very challenging week.
