Out of moments of pause come glorious things. This weekend, at long last, we are making space in our Druid Street bakery arch for the equipment of our dreams - provers, mixers and more. The equipment that our wonderful bakers deserve. But that means we must pause. You will not be able to purchase the doughnuts and loaves that, in turn, all of you deserve. Our bakery arch will be closed all this week, reopening with customary abundance on Friday, August 29th and remaining open all weekend long. We know that there are those of you for whom no weekend is complete without a doughnut, or the comfort of a well-stocked bread bin. Please rest assured that our bakeries just up the road in Borough Corner, and over the river in Neal’s Yard, have their doors open and their counters full.
