THE RECENTLY DISCOVERED "LIE" OF PSYCHO: It has always been claimed that one never actually sees Janet Leigh's character Marion Crane getting stabbed - that's it's all in your head, all in your imagination and all thanks to a well-choreographed, well-edited "magic trick." No one can deny that the shower scene in Psycho (1960) is indeed a masterpiece within a masterpiece, but... As you can clearly see, at exactly 47:45, there is, in fact, "penetration." This is, of course, something director Alfred Hitchcock and editor George Tomasini could never have imagined would be revealed by technology (now commonplace and in just about everyone's hands) over 60 years later. Still amazing, still shocking, still fresh. And I think that sick-fuck Hitchcock would love his little secret finally being discovered. A huge Fuck You to the censors... πŸ‘΅πŸΌπŸ”ͺ🍿
