With so much travel, racing & training as of late recovery has been a HUGE importance to myself ✈️💆🏼‍♂️ I have been using a lot of the @2xu compression gear like compression socks for my long flights while I am travelling and the long tights after training/racing while I’m sitting down and relaxing.
