Fish kofta with yoghurt, sumac & chilli. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bought some cod the other day and remembered this recipe buried deep in the infamous, ever-growing, never-ending “list” of dishes I need to make before I die (of FOMO ). Unsurprisingly, like everything I’ve cooked from @sami_tamimi’s book ‘Falastin’, it left quite the impression. Packed with spices such as cardamom, cumin, paprika, turmeric & sumac, well as caramelised onions, garlic, red chilli, lemon zest, and fresh herbs like dill & parsley, these are a cut above your average kofte.
