Hi my loves!🩶 I have dedicated the start of my new year to disconnecting from social media for a little while, and focusing on setting the tone for the year ahead; prioritising - reflection and prayer time - exercising consistently again - no more checking my phone in the morning - no more push notifications - a set morning/night routine - reading at the same pace I used to when I was younger - romanticising everyday life - connecting more with my loved ones in real time - setting more meaningful goals - practising daily self-improvement and more. little steps everyday.
