Hey y’all 🥰 - A reintroduction & Taurus season dump 1. Hi, I’m Zelda☺️ No like really lol. 2021 was full of a lot of life changes for me and one change that I instigated was the use of my stage name Zelda Carmen. Since doing so being called and referred to as Zelda in and out of professional spaces really makes my heart happy as fuck!!!! I don’t know how to describe it other than it feels more in line with who I actually am and how I choose to present myself to the world.....Which does make me constantly feels like a jumble of chaotic scribbles on the inside when i think about it ngl lol, but being called Zelda helps calm the chaos I’m continuing to sort through as I continue to learn more about myself! *to be clear though, I don’t consider Morgan to be a deadname so if you still call me by that name know that I am not offended* 2. Taurus season did NOT disappoint!!! I somehow, through the magic of Pixar and Disney and @maleakimberly being a very kind friend, got to see a lot of the black women that I admire and look up to performing on Broadway!? And I got to meet them !?? (My first stage door experiences ever and they were all so wonderful and kind, thank you❤️‍🔥) Then I got to take a masterclass with some of them !!?? All within my birthday week ????? Like truly still astounded 3. Last part and then back to my one liner-emoji captions: Growing up is weird and awful but wonderful and amazing all at the same time. Like an espresso martini before and after trying one for the first time (still don’t like coffee - absolutely looooove it ft. alcohol) Lol but I guess I just want to thank my friends (old & new) for sticking around with me for so long. You guys keep me grounded and remind me of what is good within the world.
