rounding the bend to completion this barn has all the feels, the client prompted zen barn, we went with a vision of a cypress Shou sugi origami, and our darlings at @curatebuild accommodated to a ridiculous degree- my favourite builder OCD trick of the week- to get the right shade of carpenters glue to work with the charred cypress they sanded the material and kept the sawdust to mix with the glue base ... anyway... stay tuned #northfork #architecturalinteriordesign #barn #shousugiban #sanctuary
