This amazing moment was back in 2000, when I first opened my restaurant Salt! @jamieoliver came out to Australia to launch his cookbook The Naked Chef.⁠ ⁠ Here we are - FULLY CLOTHED, thank goodness - in the Salt kitchen preparing for a lunch that sold out within an hour! ⁠ ⁠ We cooked dishes from his book and some dishes from Salt - it was a fantastic day!⁠ ⁠ While on his first trip down under, we also went out to celebrate my 30th Birthday! We had a bit of a night out, we were living large and we’ve stayed good mates ever since. ⁠ ⁠ I remember his amazing energy in the kitchen and extraordinary passion for food - he is an absolute machine! I love what he does, his campaigning for kids to lead healthier lifestyles and creating stress-free cooking at home. ⁠ ⁠ He sure has come along way since the Naked Chef days!!!⁠ ⁠ What a legend - can’t wait to see you soon mate.
