For my whole life I’ve been spending part of my summers in Paradise Cove. Bringing Alaskan seafood to New York means sharing a part of me with the world. The memories of fishing, swimming in the ocean, grilling outside, sharing wonderful meals at the dinner table, and embracing the Southeast Alaskan wilderness. As I start building this brand of wild-caught Alaskan fish tacos in NY, I’m excited to continue telling my story and the story of this incredible food.
