@themove.co is back babyyyyyy and this past weekend we got to officially relaunch and celebrate whm! for us, that meant a good workout and even better food - so we started with a pilates session led by @carloucol at @bodyrokstudio (i’m smiling, but i was dying), and ended the night with an amazing dinner. 🤸🏾‍♀️🥂 i’m so excited to be creating these moments with @briannagazelle again 🤗 and there are way more workouts and good times, and content, to come, so follow us to stay in the loop 😬 happy whm to all the ladies + s/o to the @jumpman23 fam for supporting us 🖤 📸: @steven.bradford154 + @l0verebel
