Rakita has now played in various cities and clubs including KAUZ (ZH), Humbug (BSL) and Opera Club (VIE). Rakita is based in Zurich, Berlin and Vienna. Most of their inspiration comes from their teenage years, back when Rakita used to be an emo kid where they dove into the musical scenes ranging from Emo Rock, Drum’n’Bass to Techno in Vienna. While the electronic music scene is in a constant state of evolution, Rakita traces their own form of melodic expression back to their adolescent roots.
