CONSISTENCY BREEDS RESULTS. 💭
After lacking motivation for 2+ years now, I’m finally 5 weeks in being consistent with working out/moving my body & I feel GREAT.
I now workout 5x a week (group training sessions 3x a week with @fire.fitness.frisco & 2 fitness classes with @classpass) all before 7AM. I didn’t gradually work my way to 5 days. I literally woke up one day and decided to go 5x a week.
2 years ago you’d catch me at the gym once a month, sometimes once every 2-3 months and my gym membership was steaaady charging me 🥲😂 and I never canceled it because I thought that one day it was gonna click and the motivation was gonna appear, but two years later, it never came lmao and it usually doesn’t when you depend on motivation.
I say all that to say, decide what you want and take IMMEDIATE action. I don’t get enough sleep every night, but I still show up. (speaking from a girl who looooves her sleep 😂)
You’ll thank yourself afterwards. Your future self will thank you. And once you start seeing results, it’ll become addicting. 💪🏽
