the new new this week is a slow and controlled, standing full-body series with the use of optional light weights. i really really highly recommend doing the new myofascial release series focusing on the hips when you finish up. it’s a great balance of challenge and intensity plus connection and stability with a super friendly, so much fun and slightly painful trigger point release. 🙃 p.s it’s because love you
