This isn’t a humor piece. This is the reality of running as a woman. And for my friends of additional marginalized identities, I imagine these thoughts are more magnified for their own personal safety on the run. The news of Eliza Fletcher hasn’t left my brain for days. Two little boys. Those two little boys.
