🐶 PUPPY RESCUE: A puppy was reunited with his owner after Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue crews rescued him on Sunday! Officials tell us the 10-month-pup was stuck 35 feet down an embankment in Charbonneau. Using ropes to lift him up, crews were able to save the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel within about half an hour of locating him.
