i’ve been receiving messages (and lots of questions in-person this weekend) about whether or not the app will still have live and library classes as we start to add some in-person options too. the answer is : the app, the lives, the library and the community are here to stay, hopefully forever until i can’t move any longer (ruby says she will learn and continue though). we’ve evolved so much since the launch and will continue to always keep it fresh and only add more, not less, and bring the energy and connection of in-person to the rest of the community who joined us in spirit. so with that said, head to the app and do the new 20 min full-body side series featuring this move.
