Having felt very overwhelmed i've taken a few days away from work and emails and socials and texts to try decompress and take in what was nothing but almighty SHENANIGANS at Body Movements 2022. On Saturday 5000 queers took over the streets of Hackney Wick in what I hope was a space created to feel safer and less isolated than usual. This year I visited every stage and watched in awe the talent, beauty and veracity that exists within this community.
