READ HERE 👇👇 Most people think they’re training back, but their arms are doing all the work. The back isn’t like chest or shoulders. You can’t just press or push and expect it to grow. You have to learn how to actually feel it working. That means controlling the weight instead of jerking it around, driving with your elbows instead of your hands, and pausing where the muscle is fully contracted even if it burns. Another big one is dropping the ego weight. If you can’t hold tension through the whole rep, you’re not building muscle, you’re just moving the weight from point A to point B. Once you start focusing on connection over load, your back will light up like never before. Train smarter, not just heavier.
