•CASA CATRINA• - Check out this amazing Mexican feast we had at @casacatrinayyc. Love that there are more diverse options opening in the NW/NE suburbs. 🤩 The decor here is super fun and unique (check it out on our TikTok!) • Molcajete Gourmet – a huge stone mortar with tons of meats, cheeses, and veggies. Chorizo, bacon wrapped shrimp, bistec, and cheese stuffed sweet peppers are just some of the items that come in this! There were refillable tortillas that came with this too. Overall, I really enjoyed this and haven’t really had anything like it before! • Choriqueso – this was our tables favorite! Cheesy chorizo with unlimited tortillas, and it was only $12! • Green Enchiladas – we tried both green and red enchiladas, the green ones are super creamy and saucy, we would get the green ones again! We want to come back on a Tuesday for their Taco Tuesdays (Buy 3 get 1 taco free!) Everything we tried was super good and filling – the portions were big!
