🌿 ORZO ALLA VERDE 🌿 You want quick sexy meals, well look no further. This bad boy comes together in 15 minutes and my god, it’s addictive. Plus it’s vegan (without the feta) so it covers a lot of bases. One bowl is never enough and as always don’t skimp on the feta 😉 *sneaky appearance from someone special so make sure you watch til the end Serves 4 400gm orzo 1 bunch greek basil leaves (washed) 250gm spinach 1 lemon (zest and juice) 5 garlic cloves (roughly diced) 80gm olive oil Salt and pepper Feta to finish 1. Place pot of heavily salted water on the stove and bring to a rolling boil. Add in your orzo and bring to a bubbling simmer. 2. Whilst pasta is cooking organise your verde by placing the rest of your ingredients into a food processor. Blitz into thick green paste. Once you’ve blitzed add one ladle of pasta water to verde and blitz again altogether. By this point your should have a gorgeous green sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Once your orzo has hit the perfect bite (6-8 minutes), strain out of water and place back into pot. Pour in your verde onto your orzo and bring together.
