Our Fourth Street façade program in Long Beach was designed over a decade ago to enhance building façades along Fourth Street, including the Retro Row neighborhood. It benefited several businesses and has set the tone for the bustling commercial corridor that it is today. It's nice to see the community fill these streets, especially every fourth Friday.
