My favorite wigs have all cost me under $250.00. Synthetics are a great option for those just starting to venture into the wig world. Also a great option for those of you who just cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for a human hair piece. I’m a stay at home mom of two (soon to be 3 kiddos) we live off of one income AND we live in one of the most expensive states... california. So, I definitely know what it’s like to not be able to afford the luxury of buying human hair. Last year I purchased my first synthetic wig and was absolutely shocked at the realism of it. I personally prefer heat friendly synthetics as they are less shiny than regular synthetics and they can also be styled like human hair. The only downside to synthetics in my opinion is that they don’t last very long. I’d say 6 months is about the lifespan of a synthetic wig. But in my case I am usually bored of that style by then and ready to purchase something new anyway 🤣🤷🏼♀️ Do you wear synthetics or human hair only? Let me know your thoughts in the comments! ☺️💛
