TONING 👉🏻 Toners are designed to change the tone of the blonde and/or add depth Ideally we want our raw lift to be as clean as possible so we don’t need to correct the tone just enhance it, but we all are in situations daily where our lift is not what we were hoping for and then we need to colour correct with our toners.
