This stuff is INSANE. And it can be made vegan so everyone can enjoyyyy 🫶 Feta: • 1 1/4 cups feta cheese (use vegan feta to make vegan) • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil •1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (vegan or regular) • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup • Pinch of sea salt and pepper, to taste Scallions: • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil •6 garlic cloves, diced • 1 1/2 tsp chili flakes • 1/2 tsp Sea salt • 1/2 tsp pepper For serving: •Pita • Chips Combine all of the feta ingredients in a food processor, processing until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl, smoothing out the top. Cover with wrap and place in the fridge until you’re close to wanting to serve the dip. When ready to make the dip, chop the green onions and garlic cloves finely. Add to a small bowl with the seasonings. Heat the olive oil in a small sauce pan until it’s lightly bubbling. Add in the onion, garlic, & seasonings & stir for a few seconds. Remove from the heat. Pour over the feta.
