red velvet marble loaf cake!!✨❤️🍰 Recipe: - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened (85 grams) - 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar (266 grams) - 4 oz cream cheese, softened - 3 large eggs - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (188 grams) - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp salt - 1 tbsp cocoa powder - 1 tsp red food dye Directions: - First, preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a load pan with parchment paper! - In a large bowl, add in softened butter and softened cream cheese then cream together until fully combined and creamy smooth! - Then add in granulated sugar and mix together again for about a minute until fluffy and incorporated! - Add in the eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly between each egg addition, then add in the vanilla and mix in until combined! - Then add in the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix until just combined! - Now, divide the batter into two bowls, leaving half in the original bowl and the other half into a separate bowl, then in the original bowl add in the cocoa powder and red food dye and mix until just combined! - Scoop out both batters into a loaf pan alternating between the red velvet and regular batters, kind of making a checkerboard pattern! - Once all the batter is scooped into the loaf pan, use a toothpick or butter knife to swirl the batter together! - Finally bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes or until the center is poked with a toothpick and it comes out clean! #redvelvetmarblecake#redvelvetcake#redvelvetloaf#loafcake#cake#recipe#cakerecipe#redvelvetrecipe#redvelvetloafcake#fyp#FYP
