5tbsp Vinegar 20-25g (1.5tbsp) Sweetner or sugar 3/4th tbsp salt Very hot water Fridge for an hour after your glass cools a bit Chipotle Cheese:
113g (4oz) cottage cheese ( I used fat free)
2 tbsp (30g) chipotle sauce Tip: use milk if it gets too tough to blend Brussels:
Brussel Sprouts 1 tbsp (15mL Olive Oil) Garlic powder Onion Powder Black Pepper Salt Spray oil on top if you need to
