I am going to speak for myself, maybe some of you can relate. I am extremely hard on myself. I am my biggest critic and I just want to do my very best at everything. One of the most beautiful things I love about myself is I know how to self correct, pivot and make confident decisions that are for my best interest. Tonight, after you talk to God, I want to tell Yourself that your proud of you. @williewiliamsfit said something strong today! He said “you not going to let these weights make you quit, you been through and survived tougher storms ... you got this” That little affirmation made me close my eyes and reflect on where I been and be grateful for where I am going. I needed to here that today Cheers to my journey of self awareness, self love , true love, success, happiness and freedom 💫
