yay for 2025 habits and I felt my absolute best because of these 🥳🥳🥳 so excited to see what 2026 brings!! here’s a list of things I did in 2025 to feel my very best 🤍🤍🤍
1. Started eating meat after 4 years
2. Lifted weights consistently by joining @sweat_w_sam program!!
3. Introduced natural products
4. Swapped to cleaner ingredients in foods too!!
5. Read the bible daily
6. Found a haircare routine that works.
7. Moved my body daily
8. Aimed for 8 hrs of sleep nightly
9. Stopped skipping meals.
10. Trusted God <3
