It’s the beginning of December, and the holiday season is well under way! Bubbles are foremost on the mind, and we are thinking: Erpacrife. Born on the benches of the wine school of Alba, four friends who grew up in their family wineries decided to band together in 2000 to bring back the historical sparkling wines of the Piemonte using the local grapes. Erpacrife stands for the beginning of each of their names: ERic Dogliotti @dogliotti1870 PAolo Stella @azienda_agricola_stella , CRistiano Calatroni @calatronivini and FEderico Scarzello @scarzellofederico.
