How do you Break Fast? πŸ€” I’ve tried many different beneficial diets. Intermittent fasting is my favorite, but I’m nursing and my kids gotsta eat lol. So we start our day with fruit! It offers essential vitamins and nutrients, it’s very hydrating and sooo YUMMY! Now, my family can grub, so a more traditional breakfast is made about an hour after we hydrate!
