40. It still feels surreal to say it out loud. Looking back at the milestones - big and small - that shaped me, I see a life built with intention, love, and resilience. I’ve grown through things I never imagined I’d face. I’ve learned to trust my instincts, to listen to my heart, and to protect my peace. I’ve let go of timelines, softened into myself, and started choosing what truly matters. And at the center of it all is the family I’ve built - my greatest pride, my truest joy. A love I couldn’t have dreamed up if I tried. It hasn’t all been easy. Nothing was ever handed to me. At one point, my mental health was at its lowest - I didn’t recognize or even like myself. But I kept going. I did the work. I grew. And now I look around and am proud of who I’ve becoming. If I could give any advice so far, it would be this: lead with love.
