🍊BLOOD ORANGE & ROSEMARY TOMMYS MARGARITA🍊 It’s World tequila day tomorrow and I can’t think of a better way to pay homage to the only spirit that’s an upper by doing my own spin on the classic, tommy’s margarita. Blood orange szn is here and rosemary holds up well in winter so bang the two together and enjoy the greatness that is this cocktail. 60ml tequila 20ml lime juice 20ml blood orange juice 22ml rosemary syrup* Sea salt (rim) Place all liquid ingredients into Boston shaker with ice and shake hard for 12 seconds. Double strain over ice in a rock glass that has a salty rim. Garnish with Rosemary sprig and blood orange wheel. *rosemary syrup Place 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar with three sprigs of rosemary and the peel of a blood orange. Bring to boil and then let gently simmer for 8 minutes.
