Monday morning weekend dump featuring a realization: I used to be SO incredibly excited to go out to eat on the weekends bc during the weeks I wouldn’t be fully satisfying my cravings, if I were being honest with myself. Cue weekend restaurant outings where I would fill my plates with ALL of the cravings (naturally) & would feel so incredibly drawn to take pictures of everything bc I held these foods so high on a pedestal.... & then the week of not fulfilling cravings started again Going through my camera roll I realized that I’ve stopped taking pictures of everything I eat & realized how beautiful this mind shift has been from being so food-focused to experience-focused & that’s on growth 🤟🏼 #unaestheticbutauthentic #foodfreedom #intuitiveeating #honoryourcravings
