Happy sunday you guyssss 🤍 *if you want to leave the protein out, you can use more oat flour or sub in 4-5 tbsp almond flour for a lighter texture!* Truffles: •3/4 cup oat flour •1/4 cup of your fave protein powder (i used @macr0mike salted caramel) •1/4 cup pumpkin puree •1/3 cup maple syrup •1 tsp pumpkin pie spice •2 tbsp melted coconut oil or avocado oil •1 tsp vanilla extract Coating: •1 1/4 cups white chocolate of choice Mix togrther the truffle ingredients. Taste & adjust as needed. Roll into balls or use a cookie scoop to frop dough onto a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30min. Melt the chocolate. Dip each ball. Return to the freezer for 2-3 hours to set up completely.
