For Pride this year I was again happy to join @vnshealth_ on their Float. I decided to represented Lady Justice with a twist. Even though the Justice system very flawed, I still believe in fighting for what's right and is core values. Lady Justice is based on the Greek goddess Themis − honored as clear-sighted − and the Roman goddess Justicia − honored as representing the virtue of justice. She is blindfolded because justice is unbiased and should not be based on a person's appearance or other outside influences. I hold a shield for the protection that should be granted to all and a sword as a symbol of the power of justice. Pictures by @rjr10036
