I avoided lifting and the gym like the plague lol I was an athlete growing up and hated how much muscle I put on. It balances hormones, supports bone density, keeps your metabolism strong, and protects muscle as you age. It is one of the best things you can do for your long-term health and longevity !!!! And ladies, it will not make you bulky. That is a complete myth. You would have to be eating so much and training extremely hard for years to build big muscles I am over here hip thrusting 315 pounds lol. I am strong as hell now and it is the most empowering feeling ever #weightlifting #transformation
