I finally met @hoffhil for an IRL @sotomethod class to celebrate the one year anniversary of their tribeca studio. I have… almost no words to describe what Soto has meant to me over the last 18 months-ish. 💪🏻
After a HARD pregnancy, my body couldn’t have felt more foreign to me in early 2024. I had complete placenta previa and really couldn’t do much. My mental (and physical) health suffered greatly without daily movement let alone workouts. My friend @chloeburchseaver recommended that I try the Soto Method’s transformation program once I was cleared to work out again. I was sold once she told me that she printed off the PDF checklist and kept it on her fridge for motivation. And then after the first class?! I was HOOKED.
I like to tell anyone who will listen that the Soto Method is THE perfect workout for Type A women. If you’re someone who likes a PLAN, you’re going to love it. Trust me. 💪🏻 Nothing is a surprise and it follows a very specific flow, which means you can just follow the workout class. You know what to expect which means you can completely turn your brain off, too. It’s my workout of choice, my therapy, my personal time. My body really transformed (somehow back to my pre-any-baby size), but it’s MORE than what I look like. I’ve literally never felt stronger- physically or mentally.
PS I also love hearing from YOU how much you’ve loved Soto!!! Keep those DMs coming- I’m proud of you!
PPS I’m trying to convince Soto to open up a studio in NJ hehe… or at least do a pop up, who’s in?!
