This past year was an incredible one for Published on Main and we are so proud to look back and reflect on our team's accomplishments!
To start things off we were recognized by Canada's 100 Best as the #1 restaurant in the country. This honour was a testament to our teams commitment to sourcing local ingredients and creating world-class dishes that reflect seasonality and regionality. Our talented team of chefs also took home one of the first Michelin Stars awarded in Vancouver, a feat many in this city thought would never be possible.
To top it off, our executive chef, Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson won the VanMag awards' Chef of the Year and our Wine Director, Jayton Paul won BC Sommelier of the year and was awarded Vancouver’s first Michelin Sommelier award for his outstanding wine program.
We want to thank all of our guests that have joined us in our dining room this year and have supported us all along. None of this could’ve been achieved without you!
We are so proud of all that our team has achieved in 2022, and although we don’t know how you could possibly top this year, we can't wait to see what the next year will bring!
