Employee Spotlight- Micaela has been with Canal Rubber since 2020. Here she is running a quality control on closed cell neoprene sponge cord as well as the checking the count on latex tubing. In her down time, she enjoys cheesy poofs, apples, and running through her ABCs and numbers 1-15. Matt has been here since ‘82. Won’t leave.
