IG vs. Reality Check-In: Been day dreaming of this time in Oaxaca. Somewhere to cleanse my energy. I've been feeling a lot lately.. the "good" feelings and the "bad" ones. Neither adjective accurate, as both are necessary. Been transforming, mourning an outdated version of myself. I've been here before, and I'm grateful for the growth. But it is not easy. It is a full reset and it takes a minute for the mind/body to catch up with the new version of self. Though it is painful, remaining in an old pattern is more painful. I'm sure you've seen some highs and some lows from me lately, it ebbs and flows. But what do they say?
